Contract Coordinator With Aetna

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be focused on recruiting, contracting and servicing behavioral health providers and large provider groups for the build, implementation and maintenance of the Aetna Behavioral Health Medicaid network. Medicaid experience is preferred.

Required Skills, Responsibilities and Experience
**Minimum of 2+ years of provider contracting experience
**Experience in behavioral health, Medicaid and Medicare contracting is preferred
**Negotiate and manage complex network contractual arrangements
**Contractual negotiation experience with an understanding of provider services and contract language
**Strong problem-solving experience
**Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
**Works cross-functionally to execute network strategies
**Other projects as assigned

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
