Based in Pittsburgh, the Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for independently and accurately entering and updating important customer information, as well as providing outstanding customer service.
* Review and enter customer contract information.
* Follow up with sales staff as required for information, clarification or corrections.
* 2+ years of data entry and data management experience.
* Highly detail oriented.
* Strong organization skills.
* Ability to multi-task and manage large workload.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
