Nurse Consultant

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN)? SironaHealth is accepting applications for Nurse Consultants who maintain a current RN license. Nurse Consultants practice assisted nursing through inbound and outbound telephone contacts with patients whose physicians, hospitals, insurers, employers or providers are SironaHealth clients. Key responsibilities will include: Answering telephone inquiries through effective listening and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrating positive customer relationship skills. Utilizing nationally recognized triage software to provide general health information and advice to callers who have symptom-based problems. Qualifications: Strong preference to candidates currently residing in the Southern Maine area. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine and California. Minimum of three years clinical experience (preferably triage) in acute or ambulatory care setting, Must have ability to think, talk, and type simultaneously while offering excellent communication skills. Basic PC skills, high-speed internet capabilities. Available Shifts: Full time and part time positions with a minimum of 20 hours per week. All shifts with one weekend shift are required per week.
